How to take measurements

  1. Arm Length
    Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.

  2. Chest
    Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

Light as a feather & waterproof

What more can one ask. It would great to have a bright, visible color and more reflectivity for low-light or night riding. But one can layer a reflective sash or breathable vest over the jacket if needed. My friends have raved about this jacket for a long time, and I resisted because of the price. I think it's going to be a workhorse for me here in Seattle. I might consider a second one, since I know this fabric is discontinued.

Worth the investment

It’s taken me a while to buy this but on a recommendation from friends I finally invested (told ‘it’s the most expensive, but best, bin bag you’ll ever buy’ 🤣). It’s already proved itself - managing to keep me dry / non-sweaty & relatively ‘happy’ during a recent downpour when I would otherwise have been very wet & uncomfortable. A great purchase. I’m an 8-10 and it runs true to size.

The best.

There isn’t a better women’s rain shell on the market! When I was an avid cyclist in Boulder, CO many of my friends had one. I finally got one when it was necessary when I moved to North Carolina. I didn’t regret it one bit and only wish I had it sooner! I’m typically a small, and I have a small in the Ambient, but this needed to be an x-small. No problem as I just exchanged it!
