    Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.

My Go-to Base layer

I use this base layer when the temps are below 48 degrees. Paired with a short sleeve shirt or long sleeve shirt, it keeps my chest warm and keeps my back from sweating. I also bought the long sleeve winstopper base layer for colder days. Excellent product. Fits snug.
