Technology Overview
GORE-TEX
At the core of GORE-TEX technology is an extremely thin membrane that’s durably waterproof, windproof, and breathable. It has over nine billion pores per square inch. Each pore is 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water, but 700 times larger than water vapor — or sweat. This means that rain is kept out while perspiration vaporizes, so you’ll stay dry no matter what.

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.Chest

Perfect
It's everything that mattered to me in a Cycle rain jacket. Longer sleeve length, long back side, quality material, hood fits over the helmet, protective and comfortable collar. I was just raving to my partner earlier about how great it is and how it's worth every penny.

Great Jacket
This is a lovely lightweight biking or hiking jacket made from Gore Tex Paclite. I like the design, fit, finish and styling. I use an underlayer of lightweight fleece or synthetic top. I also have Paclite pants if it is really nasty outside.
Paclite is a great tradeoff to heavier version of Gore Tex Pro that are stiffer, heavier but at the benefit of abrasion resistance for skiing or hiking.
Gorewear does a nice job with the Endurance jacket.
