Technology Overview

GORE-TEX

At the core of GORE-TEX technology is an extremely thin membrane that’s durably waterproof, windproof, and breathable. It has over nine billion pores per square inch. Each pore is 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water, but 700 times larger than water vapor — or sweat. This means that rain is kept out while perspiration vaporizes, so you’ll stay dry no matter what.

How to take measurements

  1. Waist
    Measure around the narrowest part (below the bottom rib and above the hip bones), keeping the tape horizontal.

  2. Hips
    Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

  3. Inside Leg
    Measure from the top of your inner leg along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Great Light Rain and Wind Jacket

Wow. I am in love with this jacket. I use it to block the wind with the added bonus of rain protection. The fit is good. The perfect amount of room, not baggy and not too tight. 5'7" and 155 lbs. Packs small enough to easily fit in rear jersey pocket.

Should be heavier material

The paclite is too thin and flimsy. I really wish these pants came in their heavier and stronger material. I had to return them.

Great waterproofing medium fit

The water proofing is really excellent however the fit is not very good for cycling. The issue is particularly apparent in the saddle while riding in the drops.
