    Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.

  2. Chest
    Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

M Base Layer Shirt

The quality of the M Base Layer Shirt seems to good. Sizing is snug, almost tight. At 70F I get warm when wearing it on the trainer and start to sweat before I get 30 minutes into session.

Not a great value

This is is OK but not great at wicking and doesn't dry as fast as I'd hoped. I'm not sure it's high price is justified by the value.
