How to take measurements

  1. Waist
    Measure around the narrowest part (below the bottom rib and above the hip bones), keeping the tape horizontal.

  2. Hips
    Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

  3. Inside Leg
    Measure from the top of your inner leg along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Ten years later I've just bought a second pair!

These are the updated version of a pair I bought ten years ago. The older pair are still going strong; I just wanted a second pair to leave at my weekend place. Best thing about them? I think the weight--they keep the cold out when the temps are 20-40F and it's windy or wet; for colder winter running there's room for a pair of tights beneath them. I like that they've enough stretching material not to sag or flap, yet are not so tight that they're uncomfortable (or immodest for a man of a certain age. The only hesitancy is the sizing: I'm 33" W and 32" leg and the L is a tad too long; I could probably have gotten away with the Med.

INcredible cold weather trousers for trail running

I love these pants - I run everyday of the year and have been using these during throughout cold and windy days - I owned one of the older model and loved them - these ones are even better !
