Instead of carrying a pack, gain more flexibility with our innovative pocket design: secure storage in the waistband or along the thigh of inner shorts for more accessible storage when on the move. Our stripped down design provides maximum storage with the minimum amount of fabric, plus the compacting fabric reduces bounce and movement of items in each pocket.

How to take measurements

  1. Waist
    Measure around the narrowest part (below the bottom rib and above the hip bones), keeping the tape horizontal.

  2. Hips
    Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

  3. Inside Leg
    Measure from the top of your inner leg along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

The ultimate shorts

I run mostly trail and mountains. These are the best long distance shorts I've ever tried, I like everything about them. The pockets comfortably accommodate a lot of stuff should you need or wish to bring a lot of energy (I also bring my cell phone but fit may vary depending on make and model I guess). The thigh pockets are a great addition and the layout of the waist pockets is designed very well with thoughtful sizing and depth of the pockets. I did wish one had a zipper initially but now I like the simplicity of not having one. There is a zippered pocket on the right thigh should you need one but as the fabric is compressing the items against the leg it is best for flat items like a card or cash for example, less so for keys. There is a built in lanyard for keys I use frequently and have never had an issue with keys falling out but the added sense of security is nice. Great shorts!

My New Daily Trail Running Shorts

These have tons of storage, fit a 500ml bottle in the back mid pocket, and I've never had to adjust them mid-run. They run small so buy a size up. A M was too small for my 33 waist
