Be careful what you wish for.
I brought this a month ago. During the winter in the Pacific Northwest, there are many cold, rainy days with the temperature in the 40’s and low 50’s. This jacket is perfect for those days. It is completely wind and water proof. I am used to layering, but I have had to rethink that strategy. I wear this jacket over insulated gore stop bib tights and a breathable tee shirt. Even then I find myself opening the top of the zipper on hills. Pit zips would be nice.

Brilliant jacket
Does exactly what they say it will. Been on the MTB and road bike in pouring rain and wind. Shrugs off rain with ease even after 2 hours. Wind and thermal properties second to none.

Runs small
I am a female 5'9", and I usually buy men's jackets because women's aren't large enough in the shoulders. I ordered a L, and it barely fits (I weigh 160). If you don't want this to fit skin tight I'd recommend ordering up at least one size from your normal size. Nice material, haven't been able to test it in the rain yet.
