GOREWEAR PRO PROGRAM

GOREWEAR extends a Pro Program to qualified experts, community partners, and industry professionals located in the US.

PRO PROGRAM APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 – Pro Terms & Conditions

Please read the GOREWEAR Pro Terms & Conditions and FAQ section below before registering.

Step 2 – Pro Registration

Click the “Sign Up” button below to access the Pro program application and complete all required fields.

Step 3 – Application Review

We will review the application and communicate if you qualify for our Pro Program and next steps to unlock the benefits. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to review your application.

PRO PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The GOREWEAR Pro Program is a membership program for qualified cycling and running experts, community partners and industry professionals.

  • The products purchased as part of the GOREWEAR Pro Program are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or given away. Please keep your account details confidential.

  • GOREWEAR reserves the right to manage membership in the GOREWEAR Pro Program at its discretion and to terminate access without reason and notice. Pro membership must be renewed annually.

  • Access to the program is only available at www.gorewear.com and to customers located in the USA.

  • All Pro returns and repairs must be done online at www.gorewear.com.

  • GOREWEAR reserves the right to change the terms of participation for the GOREWEAR Pro Program at any time and to limit the number of products available for purchase.

  • Purchases through the GOREWEAR Pro Program cannot be combined with other offers, sale items, or discounts. Certain products may be excluded from the Pro Program. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • By participating in the GOREWEAR Pro Program, you accept the above guidelines.

  • Orders placed through the GOREWEAR Pro Program are subject to the terms and conditions of www.gorewear.com.

How do I become a Pro member?

GOREWEAR Pro is a membership program for qualified cycling and running experts, community partners and industry professionals. Membership must be applied for and renewed annually. Membership is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time.

Applications for the Pro Program is managed by IPA Connect. Please click here to start your application process.

How do I register on the Pro website?

After accepting your application and receiving our welcome letter, you can log in with your email address and password using your Pro account.

Where can I find my login details?

Please reach out to IPA Connect to check your membership status at gorewearpro@ipa-connect.com. They will support you with getting your login details figured out. If you continue to have problems with your login details, please send us a message

Why can't I log in to my account?

Email: Make sure you are using the email address you entered when registering for your Pro account. If you changed or updated your email address after logging in, you must use the more current email address. After entering or after copying / pasting, check for any spaces before or after the email address.

Renewal: Your Pro account must be renewed annually. If it has been some time since you’ve used your account, your account may have expired. Begin by submitting a new application using your e-mail address and following the instructions listed in your Pro category.

Check SPAM: E-mails from gorewear.com and pro.gorewear.com are often blocked by SPAM filters. Please make sure to add all gorewear.com emails to your “safe” list to receive account information, new GOREWEAR products details and Pro promotions.

Can I buy gifts with my discount?

Your account is for your personal use only. If an exception applies to certain promotions, you will be informed.

Can I register for the program if I work internationally?

If you are resident in USA and shipping to a location in the USA, you can apply to participate in the GOREWEAR Pro Program. We currently cannot ship Pro orders outside of the USA.

How can I return Pro orders?

All Pro order returns must be processed through gorewear.com. Click here to start a return. Please do not attempt to return Pro orders to GOREWEAR retailers.

Where can I go with product comments?

You can submit reviews, photos and / or videos via our “Reviews” section on the specific product page. You will also receive an email to review products you have purchased after they have been delivered.

How do I know when I need to renew my account?

We send email notifications to remind you that your account is expiring and you must renew it. Please make sure that you provide all the required information, as our requirements may change.
