GOREWEAR extends a PRO Program to select, full time, paid outdoor professionals, who require our products to perform responsibilities directly related to their employment. Qualification is based on specific categories of industry professionals.

Step 2 – PRO Registration
Click “Apply for PRO Program” button below and you will be redirected to the PRO program application page at IPA Collective where you will find all details about how to apply for the program.
Step 3 – Review application
We will review the application and communicate if you qualify for our PRO Program and next steps to unlock the benefits.
PRO GUIDELINES (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
The GOREWEAR PRO Program is a membership program for qualified cycling, running, cross-country skiing, and outdoor professionals. Membership should always be considered a privilege and never a right; this partnership is based on mutual respect.
The products purchased as part of the GOREWEAR PRO Program are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or given away.
The GOREWEAR PRO Program grants non-transferable benefits. You must keep your account information confidential! GOREWEAR assumes no liability for fraudulent use of your account by third parties.
GOREWEAR reserves the right to manage membership in the GOREWEAR PRO Program at its discretion and to terminate access without reason and notice, for reasons of abuse or any other reason. PRO membership must be renewed every year.
Access to the program is only possible online at www.gorewear.com and reserved for PRO program members based in the USA.
All PRO returns and repairs must be done online at www.gorewear.com. GOREWEAR retailers are not authorized to accept such returns. This would be considered abuse of the PRO membership and will lead to its immediate termination.
GOREWEAR reserves the right to change the terms of participation for the GOREWEAR PRO Program at any time and to limit the number of products available for purchase.
Talking about PRO membership and the associated price advantages would adversely affect our business. Treat the relevant information confidentially and refer interested people to a store near you or to www.gorewear.com.
Purchases through the GOREWEAR PRO Program must not be combined with other offers, sale items, or discounts. Certain products may be excluded from the PRO Program. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
Free shipping does not apply to purchases made through the GOREWEAR PRO Program.
PRO guarantee: As a GOREWEAR PRO member, we expect that you use your products under tougher conditions, more frequently and with higher demands. Inevitably, this will result in your products wearing out faster. We therefore reserve the right to deem returned products from seasons-past damaged due to normal wear and tear and will reach out with repair options.
By participating in the GOREWEAR PRO Program, you accept the above guidelines.

1. How do I become a PRO member?
GOREWEAR PRO is a membership program for qualified cycling, running , cross-country skiing and outdoor professionals important to our brand. Membership must be applied for and renewed annually. Membership is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time.
Applications for the PRO Program is managed by IPA Connect. Please click here to start your application process.
2. How do I register on the PRO website?
After accepting your application and receiving our welcome letter, you can log in with your email address and password using your PRO account.
3. Where can I find my login details?
Please reach out to IPA Collective to check your membership status directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will support you with getting your login details figured out. If you continue to have problems with your login details, please send us a message
4. Why can I not log in to my account?
The following are the most common reasons for login problems:
Email: Make sure you are using the email address you used to register for the PRO account. If you changed or updated your email address after logging in, you must use the more current email address. After entering or after copying / pasting, pay attention to any spaces before or after the email address.
Renewal: Your PRO account must be annually renewed. If it has been some time since you’ve used your account, your account may have been expired and it’s time to renew. Begin by submitting a new application using your e-mail address and following the instructions listed in your PRO category.
IMPORTANT: E-mails from gorewear.com and pro.gorewear.com are often blocked by SPAM filters. Please make sure to add all gorewear.com emails to your “safe” list to receive account information, new GOREWEAR products details and PRO promotions.
5. Can I also buy gifts for other with my discount?
Clearly NO! Your account is only for your personal use. Buying gifts will immediately terminate your PRO membership. Shipping a PRO order to an address/person other than yourself without prior permission will result in your account being cancelled. If an exception applies to certain promotions, you will be informed.
6. Can I register for the program if I work internationally?
If you are resident in USA, you can apply to participate in the GOREWEAR PRO Program. We are working on expanding our PRO program to other countries and regions.
7. How can I return PRO orders? Can I return items to a store?
All PRO returns MUST be processed according to terms & conditions found online at www.gorewear.com (Choose your country) following the instructions in the email to confirm your order. GOREWEAR partner stores or retailers are not authorized to accept such returns. You can find more information on this on our Returns and Repairs page.
Do NOT return PRO orders to GOREWEAR retailers. This would be considered an abuse of the PRO membership and leads to its immediate termination.
8. Where can I go with product comments?
We look forward to any feedback - whether positive or negative. You can submit reviews, photos and / or videos via our “Reviews” section on product detail pages.
9. How do I know when I have to apply again?
We send email notifications to remind you of the follow-up request. Please make sure that you provide all the required information, as our requirements may change.
