1. ELIGIBILITY: To participate, you must be a legal resident of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) during the promotion period, and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Your participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Voidwhere prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and of the other companies that have provided prize products, their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling) and persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD - HOW TO ENTER: Promotion period begins February 20th, 2023 at 12:01AM PST and ends February 24th, 2023 at 11:59PM PST. To enter, complete the online form to enter the sweepstakes. We will need to collect certain data about you (such as name, postal address, email address,) in order to register you for participation. Limit one entry per person. Winner will be selected by random drawing by February 28th, 2023. The drawing judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: One Grand Prize Winner will receive one Saris H3 Direct Drive Trainer, one GOREWEAR SHAKEDRY Jacket, one Torrent LS Jersey, one Ambient Vest, one pair of Transition bib Shorts and one pair of Daily essential Socks. Value of grand prize: estimated $1,700. Prizes may not be transferred or substituted except by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning based on number of participants. Winners will be notified by e-mail on or around March 1, 2023
4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By accepting prize, Winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this Promotion. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Sponsor reserves the right to alter the promotion period and/or prizes without prior notice. All entrants agree that Sponsor may, without permission or additional compensation, publish Winner’s name. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address at time of entry. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "Authorized Holder" in whose name the e-mail account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these Official Rules. "Authorized Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. To be declared a Winner, any Canadian resident selected as a potential winner will be required to correctly answer without assistance of any kind, a time-limited skill-testing question.
