  1. Arm Length
    Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.

  2. Chest
    Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

The best overall running shirt I've owned

I started running the Seattle area. As most people know, Seattle is known for rain, justifiably. Seattle is rarely very cold, just steady rain/drizzle. Whenever there was a threat of rain, this shirt came out. Recently, I moved to Colorado Springs. Here, there is very little rain, but it is cold, and windy - yeah, so much that on some days, you feel like you're getting sandblasted. Again, this shirt turns a miserable outing into a very comfortable workout. Whether it is 8F and blowing snow, or 50F and drizzle, this shirt is perfect. Too warm, unzip it. It is adaptable. Oh, forget your running belt? It's got a pocket big enough for a phone or keys.

Best overall running shirt I've owned.

I've had jackets that are windproof/waterproof. I've got thermal shirt, but nothing comes close to the versatility of this shirt. If its at all cool and raining/drizzle - this is your shirt. If its blowing snow at 15F... This is your shirt. Did you guess the weather wrong and get started on a run to realize its far warmer (or colder) than you planned. Not problem... zip it... or unzip.
