How to take measurements

  1. Waist
    Measure around the narrowest part (below the bottom rib and above the hip bones), keeping the tape horizontal.

  2. Hips
    Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

  3. Inside Leg
    Measure from the top of your inner leg along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Comfortable, good quality and good fit.

I am 6'-1", 32" waist, 32" inseam and 180lbs and got these in size L. I used them in a 20-mile, no wind clear day run with temp ranging from 25-35 degrees, and they kept me warm. I think they will still do well in 20-degree temp as long as you are moving. The fit is great for me. They are long enough to cover all the way down my ankle. Waist is not too low, so you get protection on your lower back, which I like in cold days. The inside fleece material is soft and comfortable with no hot spots I could noticed. You have one left side pocket that can fit my Pixel 8 Pro with case protector. Bigger phones could be an issue. Rear pocket is as expected, good for small stuff, keys, gel, no more. Great set of tights for those cold morning runs.
